Rainbow City Band presents 2019 Rainbow Ball Sept. 28

Rainbow City Performing Arts (RCPA) presents the 2019 Rainbow Ball, a masquerade fundraiser benefiting RCPA on September 28, 2019 at 6pm at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel (515 Madison St.) in downtown Seattle.

The evening will start with cocktails and appetizers as you explore carnival games of chance and skill with your masked companions. The night will also include dinner and a live auction, and finally RCPA's Purple Passion Swing Band will bring you to your feet to dance to the tunes of 'In the Mood', 'L-O-V-E', 'Don't Get Around Much Anymore', 'Straight No Chaser', 'West Coast Blues', 'Blue Skies', and 'Sing Sing Sing'.

'I want to take the opportunity as we reinvigorate our annual gala to celebrate the transformations of our organization and all of the people who have made the RCPA the family that it is today. I hope that you join us in our mission to make the Seattle community better with the band!' said Tim Norris, RCPA's Artistic Director.

Formal festive attire is encouraged! This event will be hosted by Brian Calvert of KOMO news.

Early bird tickets are $125 until September 7th and $150 afterwards. They can be purchased from Brown Paper Tickets,

https://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/4297461.

RCPA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit group that provides opportunities for people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and allied to share their musical talents through public performances. They foster music education, friendships and community giving. In addition to RCB, RCPA also includes Purple Passion Swing Band and Combo, and a marching band, among other ensembles.
