Gay man 'stoned to death' in Pennsylvania
by Shaun Knittel - SGN Associate Editor

Grim news came out of Pennsylvania this week as a young man who claims a Gay senior citizen made unwanted sexual advances toward him said the Old Testament instructed him to beat the victim to death with a sock full of rocks.

According to news reports, John Joe Thomas told police he beat Murray Seidman using a sock that was stuffed with rocks because he read in the Old Testament that homosexuals should be stoned to death.

Obviously, there is nowhere in the Old Testament that instructs anyone to stuff rocks into a sock and kill anyone. Clearly, Thomas is a very disturbed individual.

Police said the 70-year-old Seidman, a laundry worker at the local hospital, was hit in the head 10 times.

Seidman was dead for at least five days before the police found him, according to news reports. Thomas left the victim in his apartment and then returned days later, trying to make it appear as if he had just found the body in a phone call to police.

When the police arrived, they found Thomas crying in the hallway and saying, 'I'm not going down there again, there is too much blood,' according to court documents.

Thomas, 28, was the sole beneficiary of the victim's will, although the relationship between the men is unknown.
