Simon The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Downpour didnt dampen the anger of about 60 demonstrators who stood under umbrellas on the steps of an empty Atlanta City Hall on Saturday to protest a police raid on a gay nightclub. 'We were mugged by the police,' said Mike Alvear, 50, of Midtown, a community activist and the host of HBOs The Sex Inspectors. 'They stole our dignity the same way crooks steal our wallets.'
