Court OK's California's Prop 8; rally/protest march in Seattle

Police smash Moscow pride for 4th year
For the fourth year in a row, riot police broke up an attempt to stage a Gay pride parade in Moscow on May 16, arresting up to 80 participants, including local Gay leader Nikolai Alekseev, British Gay leader Peter Tatchell and Chicago Gay activist Andy Thayer.

Wisconsin's Supreme Court will hear a challenge to the state's three-year-old constitutional amendment that bans same-sex marriage.

The case was filed by University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh teacher Bill McConkey, whose daughter is Gay.
