1,200 attend 8th Annual HRC Pacific Northwest Dinner
A crowd of about 1,200 people filled the Grand Ballroom of The Westin Seattle for the Human Rights Campaigns Eighth Annual Pacific Northwest Dinner on Saturday, October 20. Ross The Intern Mathews emceed the event, while actor T.R. Knight presented HRCs National Equality Award to comedian Jane Lynch. HRC Dinner Co-Chair Lacy All told the Seattle Gay News last week that the event was a very successful evening, but did not have final figures about how much had been raised. All also noted Lynchs acceptance speech was beautiful and her remarks left the audience feeling inspired.
