Wonder, Wisdom, Power of Women: Women's Spirituality Tele-Festival to be held
by Rev. Barbara Allen, CMP - SGN A&E Writer

It's an idea whose time is more than here. Women all over the world may now experience "The Wonder, The Wisdom, The Power of Women" featuring leaders of the women's spirituality movement in their own homes via the internet! The Beltane Papers: A Journal of Women's Mysteries, a leading Washington State published magazine of women's spirituality for over 20 years, is presenting the first ever Women's Spirituality Tele-Festival May 14-18, 2007.

I recently interviewed Flash Silvermoon (, an out Lesbian, for several hours this past week because of my interest in family, animals, and in those who work with them. She's a renowned animal psychic and healer, with a significant success rate where other hopes have failed, and who can do remote readings if need be. She's also a down to earth astrologer and reader with her own website and creator of The Wise Woman's Tarot, a Multicultural, Matriarchal Deck and Book.

Women can register to participate in five programs to be presented by telephone at a cost of $47 for the series or $12 for each separate, exciting, entertaining, and enlightening sessions. For more detailed information about individual presenters, visit

Contact Diane Saarinen at 718-422-9199 or, by e-mail, at for the telephone and pin number to access the tele-seminars, and for information about scholarships available for this event. Sessions will also be available on CDs for purchase. All proceeds from the tele-festival benefit the non-profit magazine The Beltane Papers: A Journal of Women's Mysteries.

Consider the convenience of obtaining enlightenment in the comfort of your own home! Obviously, this is handicapped and disabled friendly. The time has been set mostly for the convenience of those of us on the Pacific Coast!

The Beltane Papers: A Journal of Women's Mysteries publishes articles, fiction, artwork, and poetry which explore and express the sacred in women's lives. Its pages have included some of the most well-known writers and practitioners of women's spirituality over the past two decades. To learn more about The Beltane Papers or, to subscribe, visit or write to: 11506 NE 113th Pl, Kirkland, WA 98033.
