And we're telling you&get ready to see Dreamgirls! Seattle Gay News is very pleased to sponsor an advance screening of the Golden Globe-nominated Dreamgirls at a downtown theater next week. The Broadway musical-turned-feature film has received rave reviews and features an all-star cast, including Best Supporting Actress (in a Musical or Comedy) Jennifer Hudson. You can pick up a free pass, admitting two people to the advance screening, at Manray Video Bar (514 E. Pine) on Saturday, December 18. Start time is 9 PM, and no passes will be given out before then. Manray is a co-sponsor of the giveaway and advance screening. Besides free movie passes, stick around tomorrow night at Manray to win paperback copies of Dreamgirls and enter-to-win a free Dreamgirls iPOD holding case. Also, we'll have mini-posters of the film to take with you. |
