Groups sponsor march on Broadway, music festival in Volunteer Park and movie in the park
Groups sponsor march on Broadway, music festival in Volunteer Park and movie in the park
To all LGBT organizations and their friends, all unions and professional groups, all individuals and families, all elected officials, all groups of employees from corporations: Here's your chance to celebrate our community and make a social, cultural, and political statement that we're here and proud of it!

First speak out and celebrate at the annual Seattle Dyke March to be held Saturday, June 24th. Rally begins at 5:00 PM at Seattle Central Community College. The Dyke March begins at 6:00 PM led by the Dykes on Bikes and will go to Volunteer Park. The Dyke March Rally will have ASL interpretation and motorized transportation will be available in the march for disabled women. For more information call 206-634-0566.

The Raise Your Voice March will follow the Dyke March. We will march as always, right up Broadway. We want your organization, union, or group to be a part of this tradition. Line-up for the march will begin at 4 PM. The line-up will be organized in the order in which groups have registered.

The March route will move north on Broadway as it traditionally has, proceeding to Volunteer Park. The route concludes with the final act of the terrific music festival at the park.

To participate in the Raise Your Voice March, make sure to send your Group/Organizations name, contact person, email address & phone number to:

There is no fee to march but line-up will be determined by when your email is received: First come, first served. Deadline for initial line-up is June 16, 2006. You'll receive a reply that we've received your e-mail with instructions and, then, you just show up on Saturday. You can check line-up order and staging information at after June 16th.

Rounding out that beautiful summer evening Three Dollar Bill Cinema will be showing their annual movie in the park. Bring all your friends and a blanket for a great afternoon/evening as we celebrate PRIDE ON BROADWAY.

Tell all your friends, neighbors, and family! Let's make this the biggest, most powerful, most enjoyable PRIDE weekend ever!

E-mail us! We're waiting to hear from you! We are also looking for volunteers to help out so please let us know at
