CAPITAL CITY DRAG SHOW & AUCTION

Grace DuBois, a drag queen extraordinaire from Tacoma will preside over a show of drag performances at Jakes on 4th Ave. (311 4th Ave., Olympia) on Saturday, April 8th, at 6 PM. Olympia's own Busty Palmer and the Jakettes along with visiting Drag Queens from other communities will perform. $5 donation at the door. Also, bid on some great auction items! MARCH TO FEDERAL BUILDING FOR IMMIGRANT RIGHTS

The harsh anti-immigrant legislation now being debated in Congress is a major attack on immigrant workers. Millions of immigrants and supporters of immigrant rights have demonstrate in the last few weeks to protest against this cruel legislation and demand the legalization, not criminalization, of immigrants. We must use the momentum of these historic mobilizations to build a mass movement for immigrant rights, and a better life for all US workers. Gather at St. Mary's Church on Monday, April 10. at 3:30 PM, then, join hundreds in a march to the Federal Building (615 2nd Ave., Seattle). Call 206-324-6044 for more information.

SOCIAL FOR HIV-POSITIVE MEN & THEIR FRIENDS AT CUFF

Poz Seattle is pleased to present the Spring Fling Social on Wednesday, April 12 from 6-8 PM at the Cuff (13th & Pine). Meet us in the back bar for drinks & snacks, socializing, games & prizes, and a whole lot of fun. This event is free (except for the cost of beverages), and is for all HIV-Positive men and their friends, regardless of age, shape, size, or color.
