TRAGIC KINGDOM
TRAGIC KINGDOM
Sisters present 'Back Into The Woods (Faerie Tales Gone Wrong)' to raise funds for Camp Ten Trees by Maggie Bloodstone - SGN A&E Writer

Red Riding Hood: the better to eat you, my dear!

Snow White & the 7 Dwarfs: one at a time, boys!

Cinderella: shoe fetish?

Sleeping Beauty: let's face it, she's tired!

Disney would turn over in his cryogenic chamber-the Sisters Of Perpetual Indulgence, Abbey Of St. Joan, would like to invite you 'Back Into The Woods,' Sat. Feb. 4, at Neighbour's for some deeply disturbed fairy tales to benefit Camp Ten Trees.

Beloved bedtime stories and Magic Kingdom characters will be gleefully trashed at the hands of the Sisters and special guest drag queens, princesses, and exceptionally evil stepmothers, plus a glimpse into the inner workings of the Abbey and its bizarre rituals, and as the cherry on top, a cake auction of delectable confections by local pastry artists. All for a mere $5 at the door, to be donated to Camp Ten Trees, a nonprofit summer camp on Lake Wenatchee dedicated to helping Queer youth build self-confidence in a safe, homophobia-free environment- plus arts & crafts.

Neighbour's is located at 1509 Broadway on Capitol Hill, 206-324-5358. Show commences at 8 p.m., non-drag time.
